| Dear Sir?†?I was using call filter in my nokia 6681. It was working well. Now I have changed mobile for nokia N86 8mp.When I tried to install in it . When downloading completes and installation starts "expired certificate " message shown and application could not be installed. Please solve the problem. Thank yyou. |

| Hello I use the soft on a nokia 6210, work around the license expired problem (set date to 01/01/2008 in the phone), but when the soft is loaded , all unknown numbers are rejected with or whitout a specific rule (activated or not). for all others numbers the soft works fine. best regards |

| any numbers stored with +44 will not block take out +44 add the normal 0 then the calls will block. |

| Hi! Thanks for the great application! I have the same problem as Spontex. No matter what I do the phone blocks incoming private numbers (unknown numbers). I have tried everything. It blocks when: I make an unknown number listing which I deactivate; if there is no unknown number listing at all. I thought the problem might lie in the firmware, so I updated and changed the phone language to English. But it still blocks my friend with an unknown number regardless. Cheers! My phone: Nokia N73 |

| BUG REPORT after installation on a Nokia N91 v 2.20.008 1. When using ???Settings??? in the Call Log tab upon return one is unable to switch between Call Log and Filter Rules tabs and a message ???No Data??? appears on the screen. The problem corrects itself after the program is restarted. 2. A number that has been blocked for X- amount of time can not be automatically re-blocked for any time period when using the ???smart block??? function. Further blocks for the same number need to be done manually by editing and activating the number again. 3. Calls are not being rejected immediately. A single ring can be heard from the caller??™ side. |

| Only 2 small problems. When I activate "black private number" i cant see the "active" but if i close the program and re-open it i can see it. Also when ive activated it or deactivated it i cant see the logs menu. |

| Hi, It seems to be a really cool program. It is exactly what I would need. Unfortunately I??™m unable to install it on my Nokia E61i. I always get an error license time expired. I have read the bulletin but could not find any help except changing the date on the phone,that didn??™t help. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks and Best Regards Gregor |

| I tried the program at my Nokia N95. As i couldnt find it at the download page, i tried both the Nokia N95 8GB, and the Nokia N95-3 NAM download, Both with the same result. Everything seems to work fine until i move to the "rejected calls log". When I navigate back to "Filter Rules" I no longer see any numbers listed. It just says "(No data)". Yet i can access the numbers with my left softkey. They are there, but invisible (Nor can i move to the "Rejected Calls Log" window). |

I get "component failed security check, cannot continue"! i checked all security there is no option to allow sis usually the z8 installs sis files without error. z8 has uiq3.1 any ideas on how to get it to work version 0.5 installs and works however phone conitnues to ring but does reject it. weird? |

| I have a problem with the program. Anonymous calls are always rejected, although there is no rule set for anonymous calls in the main screen. I have a Nokia e51. What could go wrong? Thanks |

| Andrew, we recently tried callfilter application on an N95 from 3 UK operator and it worked all fine. Dont see any reason why it does not works for you, please try to follow the user manuall or may be try someother phone if you have access to. You can also try to update the software on your phone using the Nokia Software Update service yourself (its a free service) this may help in your case. Goodluck! |

| First of all thank you for the opportunity to try this freeware. I loaded your program onto my Nokia N95 (original UK model)but unfortunately it does not block any calls. Interface seems to work fine,I can manually load numbers into the Rules List, and in addition the pop-up menu for rejecting a received call giving periods for continued blocking works, and loads the "blocked" caller onto the Rules list with a blocked logo....but still even that number, when tried again is not blocked. Could you please tell me if I am doing something wrong? |

| In N-6630 in general mode, busy signal is reflecting after a ring which will give a feeling to the calling party that calls hav been deliberately disconnected.Any way out so that busy signal reflects right at the very instance. |

| After install I found some problems: 1. The Application pass the fist ringtone (I can hear it from A-side (Calling Party)), then - block the call, as expected! 2. If the call is blocked, then USER BUSY (Cause Value 17) release is sent to the A-side (Calling Party). |

| If you have "Certificate expired" error message, set the time/date of your mobile phone 1 year back in time. After installing the programm you can set it back to 2007. |

| please make sure that you dont have a rule in your rules list on main screen with name "Unknown number" if this rule exists unknown numbers will be blocked, if not they would ring as normally they should. |

| Hi! I use the CallFilter on a SE 990i, newest firmware. It works fine, but always an anonymous call is blocked if there is a number (regardless which) is in the list. In settings everything is on "off". How can I block anonymous calls seperately? BTW: what does "Smart blocking" mean? |

| This error is most likely due to a security setting on the phone that is enabled. To allow installation of the .SIS file, you will need to disable this setting. See below for how to disable this setting on your phone... Tools > Application Manager > Application Downloads (select options) > Settings Make sure Software Installation is set to On and Online Certificate Check is set to Off Tools > Application Manager > Configuration > Software Installation Change this setting to All (not signed only) |
